Women's Fitness Instructor Bio: Laurie Gregor
I have always led an active life and enjoy many sports and outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and running. Most recently, I rediscovered my love for group fitness classes. In my fitness journey, I have always been a follower. Last year, I stepped out of my comfort zone in the back of the class, stepped to the front of the class and became an instructor. Now there’s no turning back, I am hooked! I enjoy leading exercise classes and challenging my members to push harder, dig deeper and do just one more rep. I am enthusiastic and driven about what I do because I see results in myself and those who come consistently to class. I am motivated to encourage class members to try something different, push their limits and step outside their comfort zone. Bootcamp classes are the perfect opportunity to increase your fitness and change the shape of your body. Work at your own pace, challenge your muscles and endurance and HAVE SOME FUN! Make time for you, you won’t regret it!
